Terms & Conditions

Welcome to Four Seasons Salon & Med Spa (“we,” “us,” “our”). By booking an appointment, purchasing products, or using our website (www.fourseasonssalonandmedspa.com), you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

1. Services & Eligibility

  • We offer salon, spa, and certain non-surgical aesthetic services. Service availability and pricing may vary and are subject to change.
  • You must be able to provide accurate health information. We reserve the right to decline or discontinue a service for safety or professional reasons.
  • Minors require a parent/guardian present and written consent. Certain services are not available to minors.

2. Appointments, Cancellations & No-Shows

  • Booking: A valid card may be required to hold your appointment. Some services require a deposit.
  • Rescheduling/Cancellation Window: Please provide at least 24–48 hours’ notice (as specified during booking).
  • Late Cancellation/No-Show: Fees may apply (e.g., a percentage of the scheduled service or forfeiture of deposit). Repeated no-shows may require prepayment.
  • Lateness: Arrivals 10–15 minutes late may result in a shortened or rescheduled service to avoid impacting other guests.

3. Pricing, Payments & Promotions

  • All prices are listed before applicable taxes/fees and may change without notice.
  • We accept the payment methods presented at checkout. Balances are due at service completion unless otherwise stated.
  • Promotions, gift cards, and packages are subject to their posted terms and cannot be combined unless stated.
  • Tips/gratuities are appreciated but not required and are non-refundable.

4. Medical & Safety Disclosures

  • Please disclose all relevant medical conditions, medications, allergies, sensitivities, pregnancy/breastfeeding, recent procedures, and skin history prior to service.
  • Patch tests may be required or recommended for certain services (e.g., color, lash/brow, wax, skincare).
  • We do not provide medical advice; consult your physician about contraindications. Individual results vary and are not guaranteed.

5. Products, Returns & Exchanges

  • For hygienic and safety reasons, opened skincare, cosmetics, or custom-mixed items are typically final sale unless defective.
  • Unopened/unused retail items may be eligible for return/exchange within a reasonable timeframe with receipt, per our in-store policy.

6. Conduct & Property

  • We maintain a safe, respectful environment. Abusive or unsafe conduct may result in service refusal and removal from the premises.
  • We are not responsible for loss of personal items. Please store valuables securely.

7. Photos, Testimonials & Marketing

  • With your consent, we may photograph or record results for educational or marketing purposes. Consent can be withdrawn at any time for future use.
  • By submitting testimonials, reviews, or images to us, you grant us permission to use them in marketing with your provided name/initials as agreed.

8. Website & Intellectual Property

  • Website content is owned or licensed by us and protected by law. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or exploit content without permission.
  • Third-party links are provided for convenience; we are not responsible for their content or practices.

9. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

  • Services and website are provided “as is.” To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties not expressly stated.
  • Our total liability for claims arising from services or the website shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

10. Communications Consent

  • By providing your contact information, you agree we may send appointment reminders, transactional messages, and (with your consent) marketing via email/SMS. Message/data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out of SMS marketing.

11. Governing Law & Disputes

  • These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, without regard to conflict of laws.
  • Venue for disputes shall be in a competent court located in Virginia.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last Updated” date above reflects the most recent changes. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
